LexDeevoBot is trained to answer questions based *only* on the data you provide. This significantly reduces the chance of hallucination or providing incorrect information compared to general AI models.
What if LexDeevoBot doesn't know an answer? +
If the AI cannot find a relevant answer in your data, it will respond honestly that it doesn't know and can optionally offer to connect the user to a human agent (if human handoff is enabled).
Does LexDeevoBot have an option to connect to human? +
Yes, you can enable the human handoff feature. When the AI detects a situation it cannot handle or upon user request, it can seamlessly transfer the conversation to a designated human agent or support channel.
